Chef Sylvain TOUATI offers you a locally rooted gastronomy, between land and sea. Succumb to the Mediterranean flavors of the gastronomic restaurant Les Trois Forts, as well as its delicious breakfast. Combine taste discovery and cultural beauty by taking advantage, in summer, of the open-air terrace and in winter, of the panoramic view offered by the restaurant.

Each season, you will discover a menu worked around the history and experience of Sylvain TOUATI. Something to delight all epicureans who will discover a proposal aimed at getting back to basics.

Opening Hours

from 6.30 am to 10.30 am (11 am on weekends) for breakfast.
from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm for lunch.
from 7:15 pm to 9:30 pm for dinner.

Annual closing from August 14th to September 2nd

Opening Dates

Breakfast every day.
Lunch from Thursday to Saturday.
Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.

‘At the Les Trois Forts restaurant, I want to bring people together around Provençal cuisine combined with a certain French Art of Living. I want to bring my guests together around “Grande Provence” and offer the best of the region’s products.’
